Unfortunately I have to discontinue my journey as all of a sudden my mother encountered Some health issues, but in that situation the hospitality of the hotel owner and staff was outstanding. I just felt another home outside my state. A very good place to stay with family
It's nice hotel, closed to Shimla Railway Station and also ISBT new bus stand, beyond crowd.
Amazing rooms with even better view, its what anyone traveling to shimla would want. All the room amenities are clean and hygienic. The parking space is also another reason which made our stay here so convenient!
Very friendly and co-operative owners. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable rooms within a reasonable price. Stayed here for three days and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pros: 1. Accessibility: right on the road towards Delhi. No lanes or gulleys to go in. 2. Sufficient & safe parking space. 3. Very decent staff 4. Ample sunlight in the rooms 5. Clean toilets 6. Perfect for bikers Cons: 1. The rooms are clean but not too fancy. Not a con but to some it might be. 2. 2 kms away from the lifts to the mall. 3. No nearby tuck shops 4. Parking is not a covered. Overall, it's well worth the price you pay for. A pleasant experience.

Extremely pleasant and nice rooms with a beautiful view. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is a plus point with ample parking space. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Shimla.
We booked Firhill on 2017 new year eve. We booked for 5 people. The rates are a little bit on the lower side ,so I had a thought about what if it will not good? After reaching there I found it quite good. Specially service is good.Rooms are okay as per rent. One thing I would like to say is parking space is small and you can have problems specially on some fest like Christmas and New year.So keep this is mind if you are thinking about booking Firhill. On normal time it's no problem.
